From the M1 Junction 29, follow the A617 signs to Chesterfield. After 1
mile approximately, take the first exit and follow signs for Hasland,
turn left at the top of the slip road and then immediately right on the
first bend. At the bottom of the hill, follow around the right hand
bend and continue up the next straight bit of road you will see a
white gate post ahead of you on the next bend, on the right hand side of
the road. Hornbeam House is two entrances further on and is signposted
on the wall outside.

If you overshoot, carry on to the roundabout 300 yards on (Telmere Lodge), turn back and look for the bus stop on the left, Hornbeam House is the
next entrance, this time on your left.
